Why does this service exist?
Introduction: In the rapidly evolving solar industry, a significant shift is occurring. Years ago, when solar panels first dotted rooftops, the focus was primarily on installation, with little thought to ongoing maintenance. Today, as the industry has expanded, a new challenge has emerged: orphan solar systems. These systems, often left incomplete, non-functional, or without support due to the original installer's unavailability, represent a growing concern for owners. This is where Apollo Plus steps in, a pioneering initiative by Apollo Energy, designed to redefine solar system maintenance.
The Rise of Orphan Systems: As more solar companies enter the market, the incidence of orphan systems - solar installations without ongoing support - has seen a dramatic rise. These systems may be incomplete, never activated, or facing operational issues. Unfortunately, many owners find themselves unable to contact the original installers for resolution. This gap in the market presents both a challenge and an opportunity.
Apollo Plus: A Comprehensive Solution: Recognizing this need, Apollo Energy has launched Apollo Plus, a comprehensive service aimed at making the ownership and maintenance of solar and battery systems straightforward and stress-free. Apollo Plus isn't just for those who have had their systems installed by Apollo Energy; it extends its support to all solar system owners, regardless of the original installer.
Key Features of Apollo Plus:
24-Hour Monitoring: Continuous oversight ensures any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Unlimited Service Calls: Customers can reach out to the Apollo service team anytime, ensuring peace of mind.
On-Site Support: In situations where on-site intervention is needed, the Apollo team is ready to assist.

The Apollo Advantage: With Apollo Plus, customers can rest assured that their solar systems will function optimally, regardless of who installed them. The service is more than a maintenance plan; it's a commitment to sustainable energy use and customer satisfaction.
Conclusion: The solar industry is evolving, and with it, the needs of solar system owners. Apollo Plus by Apollo Energy represents a significant step forward in ensuring that these systems are not just installed but are also maintained for optimal performance over their lifespan. It's time to embrace a future where solar system maintenance is as reliable as the energy it provides.

Manufacturer warranties cover the cost of the equipment. Apollo+ covers everything that the warranties do not, such as diagnosing faulty equipment, submitting a warranty claim, and the on-site labor associated with the equipment. We have handled thousands of warranties and this eliminates the time-consuming headache of dealing with it yourself.
